TELEMACH ROOFTOP TERRACE

Filled with natural light and overlooking Zagreb, the space extends onto an outdoor terrace with a variety of seating typologies, creating a seamless connection between the interior and exterior. From a quick coffee break or informal lunch to individual work, spontaneous conversations, or larger team gatherings, the space adapts to the way people choose to use it.

The Rooftop Cafe also provides an alternative workplace for employees who want to step away from their usual desk, while its flexible layout allows the space to transform into a setting for larger team meetings and shared events. The design follows a contemporary, neutral palette, combining warm wood tones with biophilic elements and a strong connection to daylight, greenery and the surrounding cityscape.

At the heart of the space is a large-scale mural that visually expresses the Telemach team. Its interconnected forms represent different people, roles and perspectives coming together, reflecting the idea that connection and synergy are what turn individual contributions into a shared experience. Recharging is not simply about taking a break. It is about changing the setting, connecting with others, exchanging ideas, and finding a different rhythm within the working day.
