Home away from home

In designing the new regional Tele2 office in the very heart of Rijeka, we followed the design standards set last year while making the Tele2 headquarters in Zagreb.

The new office is an activity-based workspace that has proved to provide the best conditions for maximum efficiency, connectivity, and teamwork. Vivid colour accents like the red kitchen, the blue meeting room, and a green booth for video calls and focused work follow the RGB brand identity system (red-green-blue) along with the shades of black, white and grey which appear elsewhere in the office.

Despite the physical distance between the headquarters and the regional office, we have achieved a sense of togetherness and belonging among employees so that everyone feels welcome and in familiar surroundings whenever they visit the other office. The workspace in Rijeka thus functions as an extension of the headquarters, rather than a separate office.
