We have another award to add to our collection, and this one is of particular importance – a Special recognition of the Croatian Designers Association in the category Concept / Initiative / Critical Design for our humanitarian campaign at the Vukovar Gymnasium which was implemented in December 2019. This project was included among 35 award-winning projects recognised by the CDA for the year 2019 and 2020.

As part of this humanitarian campaign, we have renovated the gymnasium’s common areas, and by renovating the entrance hall, all the hallways, and the new student room next to the school library, we have created new areas for socialising, communication, and knowledge exchange. Our goal was to create a space that will motivate and bring together all students, regardless of their nationality, religion, social status or age, and to create an inspiring environment for work and interaction among all Vukovar students and teachers. Thanks to the students, the teachers, and the Gymnasium staff, who selflessly helped after classes in bringing together this campaign, as well as to our partners and investors, a new chapter was added to the history of the Vukovar Gymnasium. One of the results of this campaign is the exhibition of contemporary illustrations by leading regional illustrators and graphic designers that can now be seen in the school’s hallways.
